BallesDev Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

BallesDev is a software development company based in Argentina. We offer custom software development services, web and mobile solutions, and cloud infrastructure. For legal or commercial inquiries, you can reach us at hello@balles.dev.


2. Acceptance of Terms

The use of our services implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By hiring our services, you declare that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.


3. Services Offered

We offer:

  • Web and mobile application development.
  • Scalable platforms.
  • Corporate and e-commerce websites.
  • Consulting, DevOps, migrations, and infrastructure optimization.

We include a free initial consultation to evaluate the project, define the roadmap, and provide a detailed quotation.


4. Quotation and Payments

Quotations are determined based on the project’s scope, technical complexity, and estimated duration. Payment is made according to the milestones established in the quotation.


5. Intellectual Property

The client will receive:

  • All generated source code.
  • Complete technical documentation.

The delivered code and all intellectual property created specifically for the project will be the exclusive property of the client, without restrictions.

Access will not be granted to BallesDev’s internal repositories or to cloud service accounts or infrastructures used during development. Each delivery will be provided through the agreed channels (for example, direct download or transfer to the client’s repositories).


6. Warranty and Liability

We are committed to applying software development best practices suited to the type of project engaged. The specific methodologies, tools, and technical standards applicable to each project are defined in the individual contract.

We assume no liability for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from factors external to the delivered work, nor for modifications made by the client or third parties to the deliverables. Balles.Dev maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client under the applicable contract.


7. Maintenance and Contract Duration

The post-delivery support period is defined in the signed contract for each individual project. Once that period ends, the contract is considered concluded unless additional maintenance services are separately engaged.


8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

No refunds are issued once the project has commenced, except in cases where Balles.Dev cancels due to force majeure, in which case each situation will be evaluated on an individual basis.


9. Confidentiality

All information provided by the client and generated during the project will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed or reused under any circumstances without express authorization.


10. Privacy and Personal Data

We collect only the data necessary to prepare cost estimates and manage the project. We use cookies to maintain user sessions in the client area, where project progress can be monitored.


11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. In the event of substantial changes, active clients will be notified at least 15 days in advance via email.


12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that country.
